How to cancel
Workspace owners can open billing settings and use the secure Stripe customer portal to cancel. If billing access is unavailable, email support@marqueezy.com from the workspace owner’s email and include the organization name.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Monthly access remains active through the end of the current monthly billing period. Annual access remains active through the end of the paid annual term. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to allow processing time.
After cancellation
Your workspace becomes read-only or inaccessible after the paid period ends, depending on the plan and account status. Export records you need before access ends. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security, backup, and dispute-retention requirements described in the privacy policy.
Reactivation
If your paid period has not ended, you may be able to resume renewal from billing settings. After access ends, contact support to ask whether the workspace can be reactivated.
