Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, such as your name, business email, organization, and authentication details. We also store the show, contact, offer, budget, advancing, settlement, document, and integration information that you or your authorized workspace members enter into Marqueezy.
When you use the service, we may receive device, browser, approximate location, security, performance, and usage information. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; Marqueezy receives billing status and related account identifiers rather than complete payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, keep workspace records connected, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot performance, and improve Marqueezy. We do not sell personal information or use workspace content for third-party advertising.
Service providers and integrations
We may share limited information with vendors that host, secure, monitor, support, or bill for Marqueezy. If you connect an external service, we exchange the information needed to provide that integration according to your settings and the external provider’s terms.
Workspace owners and collaborators
Your workspace owner controls membership and access. Other authorized members may view or change information based on their role. Partner portals expose only the information and actions selected for that portal, but anyone with a valid portal link may be able to use it until access is revoked or expires.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update account and workspace information, manage members and integrations, export supported records, or request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable. Some records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business needs.
