Using Marqueezy
You must be legally able to enter an agreement and use Marqueezy for a lawful business purpose. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, activity under your account, and ensuring that invited users and partners have appropriate authority.
Your workspace content
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Marqueezy the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it.
Marqueezy ownership
Marqueezy and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Marqueezy platform and services, including its software, source and object code, visual design, user interface, branding, content, documentation, data structures, proprietary workflows, and all related intellectual property. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Your use of Marqueezy is limited to the rights expressly granted under these terms.
Restrictions on use
Except with Marqueezy’s prior written permission, or to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you may not, directly or indirectly:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, imitate, adapt, or create derivative works from any protected portion of Marqueezy;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, probe, or otherwise attempt to discover or derive Marqueezy’s source code, underlying structure, algorithms, non-public functionality, or trade secrets;
- Use Marqueezy, access to Marqueezy, screenshots, documentation, content, data structures, proprietary workflows, or other materials to build, develop, train, market, operate, or assist with any personal or commercial product or service that copies or substantially replicates protected elements of Marqueezy;
- Access or use Marqueezy for competitive analysis intended to reproduce its protected software, interface, visual design, content, or non-public functionality;
- Scrape, extract, harvest, systematically collect, or reuse Marqueezy content or data except through features expressly provided for your authorized use;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, proprietary-rights, or attribution notice; or
- Help, authorize, or permit another person or organization to perform any prohibited activity described above.
These restrictions apply whether the prohibited activity is undertaken for personal use, internal business use, commercial use, or on behalf of another party.
Reservation of rights. All rights not expressly granted under these terms are reserved by Marqueezy and its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access and may subject the responsible party to contractual, intellectual-property, or other legal claims and remedies.
Subscriptions and taxes
Marqueezy is offered at $20 per month or $180 per year unless a different written plan applies. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and billing is processed through Stripe. Current cancellation and refund details are part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, upload malicious code, scrape protected information, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use Marqueezy to facilitate unlawful activity. You may not resell the service except where Marqueezy expressly permits it in writing.
Third-party services
Marqueezy can connect to ticketing, payment, identity, communications, storage, and data providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Marqueezy does not sell, fulfill, scan, cancel, or refund event tickets.
Availability and changes
We may improve, add, remove, or modify features and may suspend access to protect the service, users, or third parties. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and planned interruptions when practical.
Disclaimers and liability
Marqueezy provides operational tools and calculations, not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or investment advice. You remain responsible for reviewing offers, contracts, settlement figures, permissions, and business decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages are excluded.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel as described in the cancellation policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
